I find the lack of cross play much more problematic then TCP/IP feature. But you ALL know how much fun it is to play together in a room.

Do you know how much of a hassle that is and also risking of damaging their PCs or consoles in transport? All we can do is have fun online. I mean sure "why don't you tell your friends to bring their PCs or consoles over" Well. But guess what? WE CAN'T because there is no CROSS PLAY. Heck I could have TWO of my friends come over for beer, cake and lots of fun together. If cross play was available, I could have had my friend over and we could play together and have a blast. I have PS4 pro, PS5 and gaming PC capable of 120 FPS on very high settings.

How many of us have PC and console? Or both consoles? Or all 3 (not mentioning switch as we all know nintendo doesn't do cross play), the PC xbox and PS? Ladder would be really active and with healthy amount of players if we had cross play.Īnd not just ladder but friends playing with friends. Why aren't we talking much about it and why aren't we demanding for the feature to be implemented, regardless of whether we will get it in the end or not?Ĭan we become really salty about it? We have PC player base, PS player base (PS4 and PS5), Xbox player base including gamepass player base. Can we just take a moment here and discuss about the least discussed item on the list.
